I received my bike rack Thursday when I got home from work; and I ordered it Monday night! Receiving a package from Australia in slightly over 2 days is astonishing seeing I am on the east coast of the U.S. I quickly got to assembling the rack and immediately threw on girlfriends mountain bike, and my beloved Yeti bike and head for the hills.
To say the rack is great would be an understatement. The quality is incredible and if was EXACTLY what I needed. I cannot thank you enough for making such a superior product to the rest of the manufacturers out there. ISI is the only company from now on that I will trust with my bike!
