The ISI Weld-On Forward Tilt Pivot Base is a special pivot base that is designed to have the bicycle carrier assembly pivot up and forward in order to clear equipment on the trailer chassis drawbar. Manufactured from precision laser cut 100% Australian plate steel, the ISI Weld-On Forward Tilt Pivot Base takes the guess work out of fabricating a dedicated mount and ensures that the carrier can be installed, operated and removed quickly and easily from the trailer draw bar.
With a perfectly flat 10mm thick Australian steel plate as a welding base, the trailer technician can easily weld the ISI Weld-On Forward Tilt Pivot Base to their custom drawbar mount. In other words, we take care of the engineering that we are specialist in and deliver a product that can be easily and accurately welded to the components that the trailer technician is best at fabricating.
