We have just done 1000ks around Tassie and couldn’t be happier, as you can see I have kept it pretty low but the jockey wheel still clears ok, we can open both rear doors and access the rear of the car with both bikes on, the rear bikes handlebars only just stick up above the roof line of the car so for low trees etc it’s not to much to worry about, and to access the camper we can just take the bikes off and tilt forward for full access to both doors.

All in all very happy with the carrier, and the fact we can use across 3 vehicles and the camper is great.

And the camper mount only cost me a few nights in the shed as I had all the materials and just got a mate with an engineering workshop to bend the 100×10 flat bar for me.

A couple of welds and a lick of paint, job done, it also doubles as a step if needed.
